FAS can arrange short courses or workshops for individuals or groups, depending on the needs of the client. Experience to date suggests a range of educative opportunities ranging from informal at sea advice to formal classroom tuition is needed. Training may involve sourcing experts to develop a specific topic, or it may involve helping a company to define their on the job training needs.
